Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use this website and when you buy the Premium Business Health Check (the “Health Check”) from Ultimate Solutions. By buying, you accept them.

2. What you are buying

The Health Check is an online self-assessment of 120 questions across 12 business areas (the A-101 assessment). When you submit your answers, you receive an on-screen report with a weighted Health Score, a domain-by-domain analysis, top risks, priority areas and a 90-day roadmap, which you can save as a PDF; a summary is also emailed to you.

It is a self-assessment tool. It is not an audit, a certification, or legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, and it does not include consulting time unless agreed separately in writing.

3. Price and payment

The price is shown on the Health Check page before you pay and is in Indian Rupees, inclusive of applicable GST. Payment is processed by Instamojo; its terms also apply to the payment. Your purchase is confirmed when Instamojo confirms the payment to us.

4. Delivery and access

Access is digital and is unlocked as soon as payment is confirmed — usually immediately. You log in with the email or mobile number used at payment and a one-time code sent to your email. Access is valid for 12 months from purchase for one business. Please keep your email account secure; anyone with access to it can log in to your Health Check.

6. Your answers and our content

Your answers and notes remain yours; we use them as described in our Privacy Policy. The questions, scoring method, report format, the BOSS Framework™, the Business Autopilot System and the A-101 assessment are our intellectual property. You may use your report within your business and share it with your advisers, but you may not copy, resell or republish the questions or the tool.

7. Fair use

Don't misuse the website — for example by trying to access other people's data, overload the service or bypass payment. We may suspend access that breaks these terms.

8. Results and liability

Your results depend on the answers you give. We do not guarantee any business result from using the Health Check. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for the Health Check is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted. We may update these terms; the version shown when you bought applies to your purchase.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction, subject to your rights as a consumer.
