Privacy Policy
Last updated: 21 October 2026
This policy explains how Ultimate Solutions (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data through this website, the free BOSS Scorecard, the Premium Business Health Check and the BOSS Assistant chat. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the rules made under it.

What we collect
- Details you give us — your name, email, mobile number, business name, city, number of employees, role and your message, when you fill in a form, unlock your scorecard result or buy the Premium Business Health Check.
- Your assessment answers — your scorecard and Health Check answers, notes and scores.
- Chat questions — questions you type into the BOSS Assistant and the answers it gives.
- Payment details — the payment ID, amount and status from Instamojo. We never receive or store your card, UPI or bank details; Instamojo processes those.
- Basic usage data — pages visited, device type, referring website and campaign tags, using random visitor and session IDs stored in your browser. We do not record IP addresses in our own logs, and we skip this when your browser sends “Do Not Track”.
Why we use it
- To show your results, give you access to the Premium Health Check, send your login codes and report, and keep your progress saved.
- To reply to your enquiry and, with your consent, contact you about your results and our services.
- To confirm payments, issue receipts and meet tax and accounting obligations.
- To understand which pages and questions help visitors, and to improve the website and the chat assistant.
- To keep the website secure and prevent misuse.
We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on our forms, and on legitimate uses permitted by the DPDP Act — for example, completing a purchase you asked for and meeting legal requirements.
Who processes it for us
We do not sell or rent your data. It is processed for us by:
- Google (Google Sheets, Apps Script and Gmail) — storing enquiries, answers and orders, and sending emails.
- Cloudflare — hosting this website and running the BOSS Assistant (Cloudflare Workers AI).
- Instamojo — processing payments under its own privacy policy.
These providers may store data on servers outside India. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries, orders and assessment data are kept for as long as needed to serve you and for up to 3 years after our last contact, unless the law requires longer (for example, payment and tax records are kept for 8 years). Anonymous visit data is kept for about 13 months and chat logs for about 13 months.
Your rights
- Ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
- Ask us to correct, complete, update or erase your data.
- Withdraw your consent at any time — as easily as you gave it. Withdrawing doesn't affect anything done before, and we may still keep records the law requires.
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become incapable.
- Raise a grievance with us, and if you are not satisfied with our reply, complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
To use any of these rights, email ultimatesolution912@gmail.com with the subject “Data request”. We reply within 30 days.

Cookies and browser storage
We use your browser's local and session storage to remember your language, your chat conversation, your login for the Premium Health Check and your unsaved answers, and to count visits without identifying you. We don't use advertising cookies unless we tell you and you agree.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect children's data.
Security
Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to our records is restricted and protected, and Premium access uses one-time codes and signed login tokens. If a personal data breach affects you, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
