About Ultimate Solutions
Structure first. Software second. Accountability throughout.
Ultimate Solutions helps owner-managed manufacturers build businesses that run on systems instead of on the owner — through the BOSS Framework™, our Business Autopilot System.
The founder
Why BOSS exists.
BOSS didn't start as a theory. It grew out of years inside real businesses — in accounts, in operations and in ERP projects.
Vikas Jangid began on the finance side of business: CA studies, then accounts and day-to-day business operations. That's where he first saw how much of a company depends on a few people remembering how things are done.
He went on to coordinate ERP adoption in an infrastructure and EPC organisation — training users, mapping processes and dealing with the real problems: low adoption, parallel Excel sheets, manual approvals and delayed reports. Later he led an ERPNext/Frappe implementation for a manufacturing business.
Across those projects, one lesson kept repeating: ERP success depends more on processes, ownership and adoption than on the software itself. Businesses weren't short of tools. They were short of systems — and the owner was filling the gap every day.
BOSS is the framework he built to fix that: measure how ready a business is to run without daily dependence on the owner, then build the processes, ownership, reporting and automation to get there.

Principles
The principles behind the work.
- 01
Diagnose before prescribing
Every engagement starts with the Readiness Audit — your real processes, bottlenecks and accountability gaps.
- 02
Sell outcomes, not documents
SOPs, KPIs and dashboards are deliverables. What you're buying is better control, better reporting and less dependency.
- 03
Clear ownership beats more supervision
KRA and RACI make it explicit who is responsible, who decides, and when to escalate.
- 04
Practical over perfect
SOPs and checklists are written to be used on the floor, not filed away.
- 05
Measure what you've agreed on
KPIs and a review rhythm focus attention on the indicators that matter to your business.
- 06
Technology in the right order
Standardise first, then decide what to automate and how your ERP should support it.
- 07
Honest commitments
We commit to deliverables within our control and say plainly that business outcomes can't be guaranteed.
How we work
Three roles in every engagement.
Consultancy, implementation and coaching each cover a different part of the journey to Autopilot.
